Clare Wilson
Clare founded the Collaborative Consulting Group in 2009. She has over 25 years experience in organisation and leadership development, coaching and executive team effectiveness and has worked in four continents. Her career includes 10 years at Pfizer in Senior HR, Leadership Development and Organisation Development roles. In her last role with Pfizer Clare led Organisational Development for Manufacturing, in over 19 sites in 7 countries across Europe. After leaving Pfizer Clare joined Value Partnership and worked as a Director for over 7 years before focusing on the Collaborative Consulting Group.
Clare has extensive experience developing leadership talent and is an adept top team facilitator, working with virtual and multi-cultural teams. She is an experienced and qualified executive coach. She is known for her ability to build trusting relationships, her personal warmth, curiosity, high integrity and for not taking herself too seriously.
