Leadership teams face complex challenges. We have collaborated with clients who have faced many challenges, including the following:

  • "As a dispersed leadership team located in 8 countries, how can we increase collaboration, trust and take shared accountability for the business?"

  • "Our team has some team members located together in the work place whilst others work remotely. How can we have more mutual appreciation and leverage our collective strengths?"

  • "How can I help my new team to lead collectively and understand what key stakeholders need from us rather than simply representing their function?"

  • "We need to develop a vision and strategy for the business that will enable growth. How can we utilise our best thinking and ensure collective ownership?"

  • "We have a new business model and structure and two teams have merged, how can we increase our team performance?"

We have extensive experience of working with multicultural dispersed and hybrid leadership teams. To enable us to design a team intervention we interview team members and use a team effectiveness survey.  This helps us to understand the organisational challenges and broader context and assess the current state of the team.

High performing teams require a shared purpose, mutual accountabilities, trust, empathy and agreed ways of working. We view the development of high performing teams as a process not an event. We design and facilitate workshops that enable real and lasting progress and collaborate to create shared ownership and a plan to sustain progress. Where appropriate we are certified to utilise tools including Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Management Profile (TMP), Team Dialogue Indicator (TDI) and The GC Index.
